CABDA MIDWEST

Launched in 2015, CABDA Midwest is our largest and longest running event. From a small beginning in a converted barn, CABDA Midwest has grown to occupy the 100,000 square foot Schaumburg Convention Center, located outside Chicago. Drawing attendees from over 850 retail stores in 2024, we're anticipating even more attendees in 2025!
Sharing a building with the Renaissance Hotel, our Midwest show puts everyone under the same roof for two days of industry excellence! Just 15 minutes from O'Hare International Airport and immediately off the I-90 Expressway, our venue is incredibly easy to get to!
Our venue features a large and easy to access convention hall with an attached hotel, an indoor demo track, multiple breakout rooms and meeting spaces, networking opportunities, and numerous opportunities to connect with customers.
CABDA WEST
March 18 & 19, 2026

Las Vegas, Nevada
Launched in 2019, CABDA West was our first expansion event. Our first show in California drew 400 bike shops and our most recent event grew that to over 650 retail locations.
In 2025, CABDA West moved to Las Vegas and saw its largest attendance and industry participation to date.
First among Las Vegas's many draws is the tremendous amount of daily flights in and out of the city. Harry Reid International Airport boasts over 1,000 direct flights each day from over 150 domestic and international destinations.
Located just off The Strip and minutes from Downtown, our new venue features ample loading docks, bright and modern facilities, and close access to numerous hotels and attractions.
With space for bike demos, multiple breakout rooms and meeting spaces, networking opportunities, and great social events to help you better connect with new and existing customers...We're sure Las Vegas is a great place for our industry to gather!
